Enquiry data. When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and the details you choose to share about the property or business need — for example location, budget, intended use, timeline or country of residence.

Recruitment applications. When you apply through our careers page we collect your name, contact details, the role or area of interest, your experience summary and any CV you attach.

Uploaded CVs and documents. Files you attach are stored in a private, non-public location and are accessible only to the people at 11X who handle recruitment or the relevant enquiry.

We may also collect basic technical information such as browser type and general usage data.

Contact information is used only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started — by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Enquiry details are used to understand what you are looking to achieve and to discuss relevant options. Recruitment information and CVs are used to assess applications and to contact suitable candidates about current or future roles. We also keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Enquiries, applications and uploaded documents are stored using reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including private storage that is not publicly accessible and access limited to the 11X personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us.

Information may be shared internally within 11X Properties LLC and with service providers who support the operation of our business, and may be disclosed where required by applicable law or regulation.

Enquiry and application information is retained for as long as necessary to respond to the requirement, to maintain business records, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided by contacting us at connect@11x.ae. Requests are handled subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.
